New Look The fast-fashion brand was looking to update its hybrid app with something that improved loyalty and spend.

that was fast to browse, fluid to explore and
fun to use.

From runway to rail in a month, New Look adds 900 products to its digital rails each week. Working closely with the strategy team, we crafted an app proposition designed to get users spending more time on the go with New Look, exploring tailored looks and shopping with ease.
